Taiwanese Mifen and Stir-Fried Water Spinach

Today I enjoyed cooking along with Cindy Chou @thesoundofcooking and the other dietitians at the @culinarynutritioncollab. We made Taiwanese Mifen and Stir-Fried Water Spinach. I also made Tofu and Radish Soup, a vegetarian version using tofu instead of pork. Everything came out delicious, and I learned a lot about Taiwanese cuisine and food habits.

Today (February 8th) I cooked Thai food along with the other dietitians in my class run by the @culinarynutritioncollab. The instructor, Toi Sennhauser @very_toi, was flowing with wonderful information about Thai culture and Thai cuisine. The Tofu and Kabocha Squash Tom Kha Soup and Larb Mushroom both came out quite delicious!

Today was the first cook-along webinar in the 4th Annual webinar series, “A Taste of Culinary Nutrition from Around the Globe.”

I enjoyed learning about Greek food practices and enjoyed cooking along with @stefanisassos and the @culinarynutritioncollab. My Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie) and Fasolakia Lathera (Greek Green Beans) came out so delicious!
