Desktop Field Technician
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Shift: First shift, Hybrid (4-1) after 1 month
Term: Ongoing contract with option to convert
Reason for opening: Contractor converted to FTE
About the position
Our client is seeking a Desktop Field Technician to provide responsive, hands-on technology support in a large enterprise environment. You’ll troubleshoot end-user hardware and software, respond to help desk tickets, support mobile devices, and help resolve audio/visual issues in conference rooms.
