Key Responsibilities:
\nFor a specified group of properties and family’s trust and individual accounting:
\n\Prepare monthly bank reconciliations / tenant security reconciliation
\nMarketable securities investment reconciliation
\nMonthly/period journal entries Monthly general ledger analysis
\nPrepare full set of work papers for balance sheet and income statement at year-end
\nMaintain intercompany receivable and payable schedules
\nMunicipality I&E report / Certiorari / RPIE
\nAnnual budget
\nYardi
\nProcess capital calls, distributions, intercompany advances & repayments
\nSpecial project as needed
