Taiwanese Mifen and Stir-Fried Water Spinach

Today I enjoyed cooking along with Cindy Chou @thesoundofcooking and the other dietitians at the @culinarynutritioncollab. We made Taiwanese Mifen and Stir-Fried Water Spinach. I also made Tofu and Radish Soup, a vegetarian version using tofu instead of pork. Everything came out delicious, and I learned a lot about Taiwanese cuisine and food habits.
