Today (February 8th) I cooked Thai food along with the other dietitians in my class run by the @culinarynutritioncollab. The instructor, Toi Sennhauser @very_toi, was flowing with wonderful information about Thai culture and Thai cuisine. The Tofu and Kabocha Squash Tom Kha Soup and Larb Mushroom both came out quite delicious!
